Useful information for SLTs

Speech and language specialist might wonder what is available on a site like this that they can use.

We will be providing some specialist information in the future, but at the moment we are simply providing some basic facts around SLCN, so that you know where you can find this information quickly. We think it will be useful to have this information at your fingertips, for example when you want to demonstrate the prevalance and impact to other health and education professionals.

We've also included some checklists which you can use when working in educational settings. one for primary schools, and one for secondary schools.

There's also a roundup of the assessments that are available.

For more information about practice, go to the RCSLT website.
